BB-2GD : Sprag Type One Way Cam Clutches (with Seals)
MaterialHigh carbon hardened steel alloy.
Installation & Usage•The BB-2GD series Cam Clutches are designed for press fit installation. Shaft Dia. and Housing Dia. shown in the table must be maintained to obtain maximum bearing and clutch performance.•The clutch should be mounted onto the shaft by stamped rotational arrow on the clutch inner race.•To install the clutch, use a press tool of the appropriate diameter to apply even pressure over the entire face of the inner race and outer race.•Do not hammer or knock the clutch.•Make sure the housing has enough strength to withstand the pressure required for press fit installation of the clutch.•Operating temperature range: -30°C to +100°C (Peaks up to +120°C). Please contact our technical department for temperatures out of the above range.•Furnished with Long Life Lubrication grease. |
